Spacious flats with a minimum of 3 bedrooms.

Each tenant has a bedroom with a double bed, a desk and storage space.

Communal areas such as the kitchen, living room… and sometimes even a terrace or balcony, depending on availability.

Most residences have Internet access, parking, laundry facilities, bike storage, dishwashers, gyms, coworking spaces, common rooms and cafeterias. Some offer a cleaning and breakfast service during the week.
